This pottery dragon egg is a perfect gift for the lover of game of thrones or just someone who likes dragons.
I made this by throwing a bowl base and then building the rest of the egg with handbuilding techniques. The egg was then fired to 1000 degrees then finished with oxide on the outside and a semi transparent glaze inside. The piece was then fired to 1225 degrees. This makes the egg totally waterproof and with care will last for ever.
